Picture this: Next Level Orthodontics had their first open date on March 7th 2020 with 7 patients. A week later, they had to shut down due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Today we want to share our client success interview with Krystal Smith, the co-owner of Next Level Orthodontics. Although she started her journey when COVID-19 kicked in, their office generated OVER 400k in total production revenue with us.
Krystal and her husband have been in the ortho field for about ten years. Needless to say, they aren't new to their industry.
They knew the business, they knew how to use marketing to their advantage. It was only a matter of time before they decided to open an orthodontic business of their own.
They are doing exceptionally well, but it wasn't always like that.
In Krystal’s words, they started their business in New Braunfels because “life happened.” There were many circumstances that drove them to this location, but in the midst of it all, they knew they still wanted to open their own ortho practice. All of this happened to be an essential part of their success story.
While the uncertainties kicked in, they decided they needed people to show up at their practice doors, and they were determined to make it happen.
Marketing your brand in a whole new area? It was difficult, to say the least. They were navigating a pandemic, new competition, established competition, and a new location. Krystal needed a strategic partner that could help her boost their presence.
We started working on solving specific pain points. And just like that, success came in. Breaking new milestones each week, one new client after another coming into consultation.
Despite launching their practice in the middle of a pandemic, Next Level Orthodontics generated OVER 400k in total production revenue with us, helping them meet their two year goals in their first year.
To the entrepreneurs and the leaders who risked it all to open their own dental and ortho practices: Cheers! Welcome to the InvisaLaunch Podcast. We started this podcast for the visionary who was willing to go out on a limb to build something bigger.
